To use the application one simply needs to scan a QR code at any hospital,which will in turn direct you to the web application. Once connected to the application, you get to choose which insrance scheme you are using. The next step will be to key in details to the insurance form chose earlier.

The details that are keyed in are typically the same with the ones we write on paper. Upon completion submit your details. The rest of the procedure is the same before discharge of a patient.
